Dordogne is inspired by a 19th century French Aubusson rug. A cream inner field is separated by sea-green frames from a pale sea-blue outer field surrounded by a sea-green border and sea-blue outer band. A small oval central medallion is surrounded by gold molding. The four corners of the border contain cartouches enclosing musical instruments. Floral sprays and wreaths in lilac, sea-green, sea-blue and aqua adorn the entire surface of the rug.
Handmade with ancient French dyeing and weaving methods, this rug has thousands of subtle color shades which make it work with many fabrics.
Green manufacturing methods and no chemical washing make this rug safe for children and pets.
Use a non-skid rug pad to hold the rug securely in place and make a room feel warmer in winter, cooler in summer and quieter.
